Appointed Consultant in Anaesthesia & Intensive Care, Institute of Neurological Sciences, Southern General Hospital, Glasgow UK in 1997 Appointed Senior Lecturer , Dept of Anaesthesia University of Glasgow, 1999. Appointed Associate Professor, Anesthesiology, University of Washington, 2001. Appointed Adjunct Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, 2003 and Medical Co-Director , Neurocritical Care Service, Harborview Medical Center 2003. Medical Advisor to LifeCenter North-West 2008.
